I also partner with organizations to deliver professional/leadership development workshops to help elevate diverse talent into leadership roles.
I started my business because I was tired of seeing women (especially women of color) overworked, underpaid, and afraid or unsure how to negotiate because the data clearly shows, when women earn less, there is a community ripple effect.
I also wanted to insert my perspective as a women of color into the career development space, two important lenses (woman and person of color) that are often missing from traditional career advice/development.
