We are… Arise Counseling Center is a counseling service specializing in a number of programs to help members of society to become reacclimated in a positive manner. Clients are recommended through the courts, probation, parole and CPS divisions. We are approved by and meet required guidelines of the TDOCJ (Texas Department of Criminal Justice). Program offered are: BIPP (Battering Intervention and Prevention Program); Family Violence Counseling; Anger Management, Marijuana Intervention, DWI Education, Anti-Theft, and Domestic Violence Counseling. Clients must meet all guidelines required according to the law. After completion each client is awarded a certificate as a reminder of their success.
