They became fond of loose leaf tea after visiting a spice and tea shop. Kiley quickly sparked an idea and started boiling up a name for their soon to be “tea company”. They started creating their own unique blends at home, selectively sourcing all of their ingredients while designing the brand. And That’s The Tea Co. exudes fun, flavor while maintaining a low-waste consciousness. Loose leaf teas and botanicals are a healthy alternative to other beverages. Jenny + Kiley make tea and botanicals fun and easy for every generation, but especially for newbies that have not experienced loose leaf tea. And That’s The Tea Co. started online and has now grown into a retail space in Walpole, MA!

Jenny and Kiley hadn’t thought much about loose leaf tea before with so many tea bag options sold in stores. But after a visit to a charming tea shop in Newport, R.I., they were inspired. Tea can be a way of life along with other healthy choices, which includes making the choice to not follow the social norm. We know today’s younger generation is wise enough to see that they can enjoy tea and it’s wonderful benefits, while not feeling like it's their grandmother's cup of tea. We are dedicated to maintaining and improving our low to zero waste philosophy by using: • compostable bags • bio-degradable packing supplies • recycling paper and boxes We want to make better tea, for better health, for better lives.
