Our two main product lines are Jackfruit Chews and dried-never-fried plantain chips - each offering unique textures, bold tropical flavors, simple ingredient lists, and a much needed twist to typical dried fruit snacks. Creating jobs and redistributing wealth in our supply chains with every bite!

Our Story
I lived in Uganda, I was blown away by the tropical fruits they were growing, all organic, bold flavors, unlike I’d ever tasted. My mind was running with ideas to share these with folks back home, but found that local communities were not thinking… I lived in Uganda, I was blown away by the tropical fruits they were growing, all organic, bold flavors, unlike I’d ever tasted. My mind was running with ideas to share these with folks back home, but found that local communities were not thinking in the same way. Even though there was a lot of focus on fair trade or ethical sourcing, these countries at the source were totally separate from all the innovation, job creation, etc. that goes beyond the fruit in their backyard. That's where Amazi comes in - to shift the power dynamics in our supply chains, by partnering with small businesses in Uganda to not only source ethically, but also produce locally. We hone in on delicious, nutritious, unique local fruits and highlight them in a way that is exciting for international markets.
