We have a reputation of excellence in teaching, and are proud to have received a number of 'best business', and 'top rated' awards in the category of 'yoga'.
Our mission is to provide a first class service, and our philosophy is a non-judgmental, open environment, where every 'body' is welcome.
We have daily classes, regular workshops, which provide learning opportunities for self-help, care and wellness, and have been teaching others how to teach for 20 years.
